Coaching And Programs
Your purchase of our coaching programs or consultations indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Livi Wellness. We ask the Client to be committed and faithful, and we commit to offering grace when needed.
In general these guidelines apply for consultations and coaching programs refunds and cancellations:

  • The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to admin@liviwellness.com.au
  • Once Livi Wellness has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice.
  • Any missed live sessions or cancelled live sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited.
  • If the client is not happy with the coaching program we provide they will have up to 30 days from date of purchase to advise us. Their program will be cancelled and they will receive a full refund less 5% transaction fee. To cancel a program, send your request to admin@liviwellness.com.au
  • If Livi Wellness is unable to complete the live component of the program through no fault of the customer, Livi Wellness will refund a % of the allocated weeks left on the program back to the customer. This will be calculated by the number of weeks specified by the program completed less the weeks not being able to be completed by Livi Wellness.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@liviwellness.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
